The Aquasky ROT 4 Reverse osmosis membrane process involves the reversal of water flow in a natural osmosis process, where water moves from a more concentrated solution to a less concentrated one through a semi-permeable membrane which is 620,000 times finer than A human hair, 2,500 times smaller than bacteria, and 20 Times smaller than any virus.
 
Pre-and post-filters typically accompany the ROT-4 Reverse osmosis membrane.
Because the pore size of the reverse osmosis filter is 0.0001 microns, making it very effective in removing protozoa such as :
Cryptosporidium, Giardia)
bacteria (such as Campylobacter, Salmonella, Shigella, E. coli)
viruses (such as Enteric, Hepatitis A, Norovirus, and Rotavirus)
 
In addition, Aquasky rot-4  Reverse osmosis systems can remove common chemical contaminants (metal ions, aqueous salts), such as:
sodium,
chloride,
copper,
chromium,
lead,
 
And reducing the following :
 arsenic,
fluoride,
radium,
sulfate,
calcium,
magnesium,
potassium,
nitrate,
phosphorous.
 
The main stage in this system is the RO membrane, filter number four.
All the other replacement filters in this system serve and protect that RO membrane.
If the pre-filters fail to work due to poor quality, your RO membrane will not give you a 99.9% Reduction rate.
It includes four filters and a membrane that must be replaced periodically.
The different filters represent the various stages that the water goes through while being purified.
Generally - Pre-Filters and post-Filters in the Aquasky RO systems can last around 8 To 12 months between changes.
Only the original organic RO membranes can last as long as five years.
 
Stage 1-
The sediment filter is the first installed in the Aquasky rot-4 reverse osmosis water filter system.
The primary function of a sediment filter is to remove large and fine particles from drinking water, such as sand, dirt, silt, and rust particles. Removal of such particles allows for a better performance of all the following filters, such as carbon block or GAC filters.

Stage 2-
Original organic activated carbon GAC filters are well-known for their highly efficient reduction of chlorine taste and odor.
Taste and odors of many organic chemicals and volatile organic compounds.
All GAC filters are made with organic, high-quality coconut shell carbon.

Organic original Activated Carbon Block, Filters are made of fine coconut shell carbon to remove odors and tastes of many organic compounds, especially chlorine.
Because these filters are made of packed carbon (forming a cylinder block), they offer a much finer filtration of suspended particles and dirt.
